Summary: Module 6 of the Executive Master on
Children’s Rights will study different
models and practices of intervention
towards children and young people
accused of having committed an
offence. Special attention will be paid
to recent evolutions in the fields of
international law, criminological
research and social practices
regarding the treatment of juvenile
offenders.
