Open-ended informal consultations on preparations for the first session of the Human Rights Council

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights invites all Permanent Missions in Geneva, United Nations departments and bodies, specialised agencies, intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations and has the honour to inform them that the second open-ended informal consultations on preparations for the first session of the Human Rights Council will be convened by the President-designate of the Human Rights Council, the Permanent Representative of Mexico, on Tuesday, 30 May 2006, from 10am to 1pm in conference room XVIII of the Palais des Nations.
