The Human Rights Council (HRC) Secretariat, in cooperation with the Conference of NGOs (CONGO) and the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR), invites all NGOs accredited to the 2nd (resumed) and 3rd session of the HRC to an NGO Orientation Session on the 3rd session of the Human Rights Council, Friday, 01 December 2006, 13:00-14:00, Room XI. The orientation session will provide NGO participants with practical information on the Human Rights Council, in particular: Speakers:

Update on the institution-building process of the Council;
