Ambassador de Alba agreed to hold an informal discussion with NGOs on the up coming resumed 2nd and 3rd session of the Human Rights Council, which will take place on Wednesday 22 November from 2:00 to 3:00 pm in Room VII, Palais des Nations. In addition, note that the morning NGO briefings taking place at 9:30 am on Monday 20 November (on UPR) and Tuesday 21 November (on Expert Advice) will be organised in the NGO Lounge.
