Summary: Aims are to (1) analyse the issues related to
loss and recovery of identity and property
records + consequences (2) share experiences
of other countries on how to recover records,
re-establish registers, registry functions, and
legal assistance (3) draft country action plans
to recover the lost records and establish
systems that would allow safekeeping and
recovery after disasters.
