Training in addressing issues related to adolescence and adolescent
reproductive health is one of the high-ranking objectives of International
Children's Center. To achieve this objective, ICC has been organizing
“ADOLESCENCE AND ADOLESCENT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH ” international training courses every year since 2001 in collaboration with United Nations
Population Fund (UNFPA). The fifth “ADOLESCENCE AND ADOLESCENT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH ” course is planned to be held between 30 October - 10 November 2006, in order to help empower managerial level health service providers with knowledge and skills on adolescence and adolescent reproductive health.
Main objectives of the training program
• Review the existing managerial and technical knowledge on issues related
to adolescent health;
• Exchange information related to health issues and experiences in
providing services to adolescents among the participating countries; and
• Develop a framework for adolescent health programs on reproductive
health.
