Summary: Within the framework of the National Action
Plans, several areas of special interest will be
reviewed, such as poverty, working children,
and discrimination of street children, taking
into account that these, as well as other
similar situations, curtail the liberty of children.

The World Forum 2004 titled "Childhood and Adolescence in the
Social and Political Agenda" is organised by the Argentine
Committee for the Follow up and Application of the International
