Summary: The organizers plan on providing
theoretical and practical skills
needed for more efficient work in the
human rights area. Participants will
learn about activities conducted by
the Ombudsman (Akiykatchi) of the
Kyrgyz Republic, such international
organizations as OSCE, UN,
European Council, European Court,
