International Humanitarian Law
Protecting the Civilian Populations;
Internal Conflicts; Implementing and
Enforcing International Humanitarian
Law; The Role of the International
Criminal Court (ICC), Ad-Hoc
Tribunals, and domestic courts in
prosecuting violations of
international humanitarian law.
Location: San Remo (Italy)/Geneva (Switzerland)

The Course will include a study trip to Geneva, with organised
visits to the United Nations Office in Geneva, the International
Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the High
Commissioner for Human Rights.
