Ethiopia: Then and Now - 22 October to 16 November 2004

Summary: 20 years ago photographer Carlos
Reyes-Manzo captured the tragedy
of the Ethiopian famine. This summer
he returned with Save the Children
to document the situation today. The
result is a photographic exhibition
that illustrates the dignity, hope and
fate of the people of Ethiopia during
these two periods to mark the 20th
Anniversary of the Ethiopia Famine.
The exhibition will open at the Bargehouse, Oxo tower wharf on
the 22nd of October from and will move to The Basement Gallery,
Farringdon on 26th October.
