Annual Children's Rights Conference and AGM

Summary: The Children's Rights Alliance for
England is holding its annual
children's rights conference and AGM
on Saturday 17th November at the
University of London Union, London,
UK, 10-5pm.

This year's theme is 'Consultation
and participation...genuine respect
or business as usual?'
Children's rights in the family, in education, in neighbourhoods
and in juvenile justice will be critically discussed. Involving
children and young people in central and local government and in
voluntary organisations (including those run by and for children
and young people) will also be examined.

The gains and losses in children's human rights over the past
year will be reviewed and information and stalls will be available
throughout the day.
