We are glad to invite you at the next ChildONEurope Seminar “Alternative forms of care for children without adequate family support: sharing good practices and positive experiences”, which will be held in Florence, at the Istituto degli Innocenti on the 4th October 2012.  Please find attached the draft programme of the seminar.

ChildONEurope is an institutional Network composed of National Observatories and Centres on childhood established in January 2013 in the context of the Permanent Intergovernmental Group L’Europe de l’enfance. Its main aims are: to exchange knowledge on laws, policies, programmes, statistics, studies, research, best practices regarding childhood and adolescence; exchange of knowledge on methodology and indicators in order to obtain comparability of information and to realize comparative analysis on specific subjects. This seminar seeks to reflect on national experiences and policies dedicated to the care of children without an adequate family support, and proposes a comparative European analysis of national experiences of children in alternative care.
