القرار رقم 152 اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في الدورة الستين في 51 مارس 6002 بتأسيس مجلس حقوق الإنسان

إن الجمعية العام تقرر إنشاء مجلس حقوق الإنسان مقره جينيف، يحل محل لجنة حقوق الإنسان، بوصفه هيئة فرعية تابعة للجمعية العامة، وستستعرض الجمعية وضع المجلس في غضون خمس سنوات؛
