منظمة غير حكومية تعمل على النطاق الاقليمي، تاسست عام 2005 لاغراض:

1- نشر المبادئ والقيم الديمقراطية بين الشعب العراقي.

2- الدفاع عن الحقوق الأساسية للمواطنين  والحفاظ على حقوق المجموعات المضطهدة.

3- تطوير ودعم نشاطات المجتمع المدني الجديد.

4- مساعدة وتَحسين ظروف المعيشة للمجموعات المضطهدة
