يضع هذا الدليل منهجا واضحا لتعامل الاب والام مع حالة الاعاقة إذا ظهرت، والجوانب العديدة للوقاية والتكيف مع الوضع الجديد.

اعدته وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بالأردن في اطار الخدمات التي تقدمها لذوي الحاجات الخاصة بااتساق مع توجهات الحكومة.
